IAI Announces Overseas Examination Centres for November 2026 Actuarial Examination

The Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) has released an important update for students planning to appear for the November 2026 Actuarial Examination from an overseas examination centre.

Students who wish to appear from an overseas centre, except Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria, can submit their request through their IAI Member Login.

Documents and Details Required

To facilitate the arrangement of an overseas examination centre, students are required to provide the following information and supporting documents:

• Name and details of the Fellow Member proposed to supervise/invigilate the examination
• Actuarial Body/Institute associated with the Fellow Member
• Membership/Fellowship Number
• Email ID and contact number of the Fellow Member
• Signed declaration by the Fellow Member in the prescribed IAI format
• Examination centre location, photographs and complete address
• Valid passport
• Valid visa, residence permit, work permit, student visa or permanent residency document
• Proof of overseas residential address issued within the last three months
• Employment letter, where applicable
• Student enrolment letter, where applicable
• Candidate self-declaration confirming physical presence outside India throughout the examination period and authenticity of the submitted documents

Important Points for Students

The Overseas Examination Centre Request Form will be available from 8 September 2026 at 3:00 p.m.

Students should also note that:

• Examination fees remain unchanged.
• The examination will be conducted strictly according to Indian Standard Time (IST).
• Students are responsible for arranging the required hardware and software for their respective examination.
• Candidates should ensure that all required documents and information are available before submitting their request.
