• 4 August 2025: Confirmation of exam centre allocation begins.
• 12 August 2025 (by 09:00 UK time): Deadline to request
  • An alternative exam location
  • Remote invigilation
  • Or a full refund
• 29 August 2025: Final date to request a refund (terms apply).

Refund Policy Highlights:

• Before 29 August 2025:
  • You’re eligible for a full refund if the allocated location is unsuitable.
  • If you choose not to proceed for other reasons, a 10% administration charge applies.
• After 29 August 2025:
  • Refunds will be granted only under exceptional circumstances, subject to a 25% administration fee.
