Job description

We are looking for an Actuarial Associate – Experience for our Risk Consulting Services team. This is a hybrid role based in Mumbai.

Assist in the design and development of experience studies and model-based reserving methodologies
Support the preparation of analysis reports, including data preparation and model validation
Perform actuarial analysis and assist in developing business solutions
Contribute to automation initiatives and workflow improvements within the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support stakeholder engagement and presentation of analytical findings

3–5 years of experience in risk consulting or related actuarial services
Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and statistical tools
Experience in designing and executing experience studies
Knowledge of insurance products and actuarial methodologies
Good communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Currently hold or be in the process of obtaining relevant actuarial qualifications (e.g. part-qualified actuary)
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Economics or related field
