  • Concerns about minors’ data protection
  • Exercise other rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023
  • Complaints about job postings, courses, scholarships, or payments

Escalation path

If your grievance is not addressed to your satisfaction within 15 working days, you may escalate to:

  • Data Protection Board of India — under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (contact details to be published by the Board once constituted)
