- Exercise other rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023
- Complaints about job postings, courses, scholarships, or payments
Escalation path
If your grievance is not addressed to your satisfaction within 15 working days, you may escalate to:
- Data Protection Board of India — under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (contact details to be published by the Board once constituted)
- National Consumer Helpline (NCH) — consumerhelpline.gov.in or 1800-11-4000
- Cyber Crime Portal — cybercrime.gov.in for identity theft, harassment, unauthorised data access
