Service Delivery Policy

Last updated 3 July 2026. S.MONK sells digital educational services only. Nothing physical is shipped.

Quick summary: Your courses appear in the student portal within minutes of a successful payment. Encrypted offline-app activation details reach your email within 24 hours. We ship nothing physically, so no shipping charges apply.

1. What you receive

Every S.MONK course purchase is delivered electronically:

  • Access to the S.MONK student portal — live-class links, recordings, PDFs and mock tests; and
  • Where included in your package, activation of the S.MONK encrypted offline app for downloading video lectures for offline study.

2. When you receive it

Portal access is provisioned immediately and automatically on successful payment confirmation from Razorpay — your courses appear under “My Courses” within minutes. A payment confirmation email and invoice are sent to your registered email address. Encrypted offline-app activation details are issued to your registered email within 24 hours of enrolment.

3. Live classes

Live batches begin on the dates published on the Batch Schedule page. Recordings of live classes are uploaded to the portal, typically within 24 hours of each session.

4. No physical shipping

We do not ship books, drives, or any physical material. No shipping charges apply. If any printed material is ever offered, its delivery terms will be stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

5. Delivery failures

If your course does not appear in the portal within 60 minutes of payment, or you do not receive app activation within 24 hours, contact admin@smonk.in or WhatsApp +91 9561572749 with your order number. We resolve access issues within 2 business days; if we cannot deliver, the Refund Policy (Technical failure by S.MONK) applies.

6. Access period

Access remains active for the duration specified on the course page at the time of purchase, subject to the Terms & Conditions.
