Is the free session really free — what's the catch?
Genuinely free, and there is no catch and no obligation. Counselling is how we make sure students start on the right paper — students who start right, pass; students who pass, recommend us. That's the whole business logic. You will never be pushed to enrol on the call.
When will I get the call after booking?
Within 24 hours of booking (or of payment, for expert sessions), a member of our admin team calls the mobile number you gave us and fixes the exact date and time of your session with you. The session itself then happens at that scheduled slot.
Who exactly takes the expert session?
Ravi Vyas, S.MONK's founder, or one of our senior faculty members, depending on availability for your preferred slot. You'll know who it is when the schedule is fixed on the confirmation call.
How long is each session? Is the free one shorter?
Both go up to one full hour, and both are detailed. We don't do the classic "15-minute free teaser". The free session is a complete counselling session in its own right.
Can I take the session in Hindi or Marathi?
Free sessions: English, Hindi, or Marathi — pick when booking. Expert sessions: English or Hindi.
I paid ₹1,000 but can't make the scheduled time. What happens?
Tell us on WhatsApp (+91 95615 72749) and we'll reschedule you, no charge. If for any reason we cannot deliver your paid session at all, you get a 100% refund — no forms, no fuss.
I'm under 18. Can I book?
Yes — the free session is open to you directly. For the paid expert session we involve a parent or guardian, which we arrange on the free call first.
Do I need a S.MONK account to book?
Yes — a free account with a verified email, which takes about 30 seconds to create. It keeps bookings real (no spam slots that waste counselling hours) and lets you track your session from your dashboard.
